    No, they did have other options. They could have raised pre JV failure but they f*ed every one of us including themselves and their employees when they didn't.

    Then they gave a 41% discount on the last day's closing price, not on the previous weeks or day's performance, like they have done historically. This is because of the position they put us all in.

    Let's not say they had no other option; they did, and they made terrible decisions, diluting us all to oblivion for a mere short period of survival. This needs to be remembered and not forgotten to be repeated if they find a way of surviving the next 6 months.
