With all respect mate, have you met concreters before, been on many sites? Measured any blocks? Your very rarely going to get perfect with a slab... No matter how much you tell them it's important... Waas could likely back charge more for this...
it's pretty good, not the end of the world a few temp packers....in the real world they would fill that with structural grout or something along those lines
