In real life there will be problems let’s assume there are 3 HX’s building atm and 1 site has as slab problem , the other a block defect and the other everything is perfect , the trained quality control person would know exactly what to do to rectify these problems and I assure everyone they will occur, these guys would know exactly what the tolerances are and what to do as witnessed on that video , they would also be trained at what tolerances would require to stop a job , for those in the construction industry you would know this , 80% of time whilst building homes there are always minor or major adjustments that need to be addressed to get things at least 99% correct. The People looking on at the SAT we don’t know who was there and by trying to hide the obvious would have only made the company look dodgie and unprofessional, by having quality control staff at hand showing they are on the ball and these are just minor problems that can and will occur which can be rectified as the build progresses . The “I’m a Builder” big note would know this if he was a builder ! Instead read his post and tell me it was a full on agro downramp like Troop “I’m a builder it won’t pass codes BS, if this was an issue do you think it would have been passed ? It shows me and people observing that these things can occur out of HX control and there is a simple remedy to fix it . From that rant I’m seeing peoples posts are already starting panic about the SP , while those DR are in their garage buying your shares . I see this differently to everyone else , I see minor problems can and will occur that is out of HX control and we have able trained staff with a keen eye to rectify and keep the job flowing, if it was a major problem the SAT would have not passed , simply as that .Image how the Company and us shareholders would have been effected if this was intentionally covered up and someone posted pics and accusations of this ? I’d expect would have really tarnished their reputation. Ignore the noise imo . NFA DYOR
