If the first layer was required to be a mortar/brick layer, how did SAT pass building cert, how was FAT past, how were all FBR's Australian built homes pass. Please, it's important for people to just try use their brain rather than regurgitate what they have heard. Anyone citing Troopy comments does need to get their head examined. If A > B > C then A is also > C. Law of transitivity works in math and in real life. I'm coming to realize the point that most of the world are dumb. A much smaller percentage of the world is around average. And a tiny % of the world are truly exceptional. Lucky for all of us FBR are being managed by truly exceptional people and not by some of the people here on this forum.
