    I think you are rite.
    Cap raises seem to always go predominantly to those seeking arbitrage opportunities.
    It would be fair to assume that the new shareholders know very little, if anything, about FBR and what benefits it can offer builders.
    It will take some time to flush them out of the register but I believe it will happen at some point.
    You can't keep a good horse down for long.
    Now is the time to do something clever by not doing anything stupid.
