definitely disappointing, they are still ticking boxes which is Good, no hiccups , just people's expectations on how quickly things should be done.
let's see how the 10 builds and 20hx signed deal makes the market react.
hopefully some good movement up that stays up but I suspect it's not going to be done super quickly. they have the 2nd SAT next week sometime and then maybe end of aug and through September for a few builds i guess.
maybe sept/ Oct we might see a bit more upswing in anticipation of the 20hx order. I'm guessing we'll hang Around 4c until then.
