No matter how good the news is, there is a large headwind for FBR to overcome from investors that participated in the recent cap raise. A large portion of these new investors would know nothing about FBR. They participate in cap raises purely from a perceived arbitrage perspective. Their plan was and always will be to just dump their shares, take whatever gain they can and move on to the next victim. Classic, in it for a good time not a long time. For FBR it becomes like swimming up stream. That is until FBR gets discovered by a new set of investors. This could happen in USA. We won't know when but in my mind it is probable that interest and news of HX will spread into new circles. We are all in for one hell of a year.
