    GJ ... spot on ... get the whale to pay for funding construction going forward + an ongoing per brick royalty fee.

    Ash the JV for WaaS would be similar to the one we had with BKW except they would fund the cost of premises, staffing, and general operating expenses for their 50% of JV whilst FBR provides the opportunity to participate.

    If I was the whale... I'd want part of the farm for my $50 million so dilution is inevitable... however at a premium price say 20c when market is at 25c ... it's doable.

    A wise millionaire told me once ... it is better to have 5% ownership of a monster company than 50% of a tiny and slow to uptake company.

    I feel that if we get the interest of a white whale in USA we should jump at it ... without the fast track funding it will take years to build enough HX units out of Perth to make a difference...
