fbr detailed their free cash flow per machine per year.
It looks like their calc of free cash flow already includes direct and indirect costs.
the list of direct and indirect costs includes all costs incurred by fbr including depreciation for a 12 year useful life and would probably also include charges related to third party financing by equity financing partners.
after all, the free cash flow looks at free cash flow to fbr so would have to include all costs.
this is my take on things. I could be wrong. Not providing investment advice. Do your own research, etc etc…
