Its usually the amount on the "pole of the flag" at the top of the highest edge of the flag, google the pattern to understand what I mean, I am only learning and don't hold the stock but keep in on my watch list to learning purposes, also I like the story of the company.
So if bottom at the pole is at 17c and top is 30 then pole is 13c, that on top of 22c makes is 39c.
