Hey, I'm all for patience. Not about to sell by a long shot. I've been here since the 2 cents days so still happy and in for the long haul. I've said a few times on the forum that the house building wont start till mid 2018.
But the current trend has educated me that MOUs about future sales such as KSA are worth squat in terms of the share price over the long term.
Also learnt that news of large cashed up folks like Hunter Hall or even larger folks like Fidelity buying in also mean squat for the share price.
