yes, I think that FBR is still rated a spec stock with $0 revenue on a day of massive collapse for FBR to be only down 6% half way through the day is good news.
Even the volumes are low.
4 million traded is only 0.4 % of the listed shares.
IMO The possibility of FBR going significantly lower than this is tiny
