I'd say its basically lack of interest. The company has been pretty clear with their schedule of milestones going into 2017 until we start hitting those there's little to build hype for new buyers. Meanwhile people who have been holding longer term are slowly selling out to lock in profits or get better returns elsewhere. Price will keep going down slowly until there's a significant announcement at which point it might go up again. Or down, really depends on the news.
