Just a reminder to those sitting on fence line , Once first build is successful it’s not just houses that will be built , imo the cream for anyone purchasing the HX is miles and miles of walls and subdivisions retaining walls that will very profitable indeed . DYOR it’s still a punt untill 1st Build, But If all goes well there’s no turning back to sub 30c just my opinion .
