It's not that i think anything bad on FBR's end, i just feel KSA vision 2030 is a bit ambitious. Saudi Arabia is kind of a semi-developed country still i think. Going from where they are now to building 50,000 homes by 2022 with robots.. well we'll see.

I know about 10 years ago most brickies in Dubai were mostly third world nationals living in labour camps that were on like $360(converted to aud) a month, pretty cheap labour in comparison to spending 2-5 mil on a HX. I doubt they would have much of a labour shortage there either as a lot of the middle east is poor, $360 a month is probably good money to them, poor building regs in the middle east would also mean they probably hire anyone and put them to work as a bricklayer regardless of skill.

But it's just a thought, i could be completely wrong.
