If that agreement has fizzled , then it would have been their duty to disclose it to the share holders , so I’m thinking nothing has changed . Builders have to give 7 year guarantee so does the engineers who designs it and the trades that are paid by the builder to do the job .I for one will be more than happy to see a strong fast built home without the headaches , to get it to wall plate . Time will tell . A project builder that builds hundreds of homes and repetitive designs will benefit immensly with the aid of HX if successful . Just have to wait and see , everything else has changed dramatically over the last 15 years since AI has become available and it’s highly likely the construction sector will also go through a huge change in next 15 years since DST has become reality . No one likes change but it seem inevitable . Good luck
