There is an ETF that has FBR as shortly wow really new one on me mate
The first hour of trade today 12k worth traded mate no one would be interested in shorting FBR with that liquidity shorts to cap almost negligible not sure where your getting this data it was been shorted hopefully not from shortman
It's probably just bot action the very small no if short sales showing its certainly not some hedgie doing it they would not waste there time with FBR
Seems to me the SP is like a coiled spring just waiting for that big ANN looks like a few props on the bid holding it up while waiting for news
It's one for the very patient now like watching paint dry the action plenty else going on in the market I guess
