Housing crash in Aussieland will happen. Its already happening in WA. Just ask people from the west coast. I think the main thing to remember is not whether a housing crash is coming or not. But, even with a housing crash, won't the developers wants a cheaper/safer procedure with FBR? Also, as stated, the IP can be adapted to other construction,high rise maintanence machinery as well. Hence to me personally, the future is still bright with FBR.
