Perhaps, 500,000 people have left FL since 2022 after moving there because according to local news reporting, nobody told them it would be 100 Degrees F at night and the cost of living is very high. Also, since 2022, 17 Homeowner's insurance companies, such as Farmer's Insurance, have either pulled out of Florida entirely, stopped offering property insurance near shorelines, and won't insure homes with older roofs. With a company like FBR, I don't think local politics matters, listen to Mike Pivac's recent podcast interviews where he talks about why they chose the US. If FBR wanted to get into politics as part of its business plan, all it had to do was move its headquarters to Canberra.
