Not sure I fully understand your comment. I'm assuming house 1 build is as you say 1st of the 5 builds. So they want to make a big deal with VIP event for SAT repeat AND same with the actual 1st house build.
Both events targeted to maximise publicity with VIP's and media. For media the completion of the 1st actual house would be a much bigger deal. Particularly if wall completed in 1 day !!
