    Looking at the daily chart for the past 12 months, FBR had tested a descending trendline (pink line), with touches during July and November 2019. On both occasions, resistance was confirmed and the price kept falling.

    That all changed last week, when FBR had another attempt. It was a case of third time lucky: the daily candlesticks broke through, and ended on top of the trendline:

    Let's see if it retraces to the trendline, or whether it keeps going up next week.
