FBR already mentioned that the display home build has been postponed for at least the next few months. Plus they will just come up with another excuse for the delays.
As others have mentioned, only logical explanation here is that the Hx is just not ready. I suspect FAT was never completed properly, took shortcuts and scrambled to get the Hx assembled for performance share grabs. Now they are using every excuses they can think of to buy themselves time.
