Have you ever been involved in a residential subdivision of 50+ lots during stages 1-3?
The Hadrian's 'niche' is volume building. A volume builder will design and construct (with their subbies) anywhere from 3-10+ architectural variations of the same house using similar materials, varying slightly from a design perspective depending on the buyers wants (facade, veneer, render, stacked stone).
There is also the disaster/Aid-relief construction 'niche' where EPCM's and Insurance companies prefer a construction solution with a fast turnaround & specific material costs.
