Great effort on the cap raise by FBR, I am surprised they were able to lock so much away which will give them a few options now.
On the flip side, a pathetic announcement surprise surprise. With so much dilution and uncertainty it would have been a great time to update shareholders on current activities and future plans which we have not been given any real insight into.
It was written in about 5 minutes with no care or thought for the owners of the business, again
