Following you logic, you will always be right and all the others will be wrong, because you will be the one who determines what is "succesfull".
From my perspective you were already wrong 5 years ago, because FBR was already successfull then.
A bit more up the road of longterm business success, but already successfull in what they were doing.
So it all comes to the question, when you will consider FBR as being "successfull". And I think we all know the answer. So Bravo, you put yourself in a argumentational position where you will always be "right"...
And please get rid of your double brick walls argument. We all know that A: It would not be very difficult to build a double brick wall with Hadrian (from the technical point of view, the esthetics are af different story) and B: I have never ever seen a building with a double brick wall here in Europe (except for esthetich reasons of course), houses are build with one layer of thick blocks.
