Would you not think that in this day and age slabs should be poured level? I can't see why block layers have to make up for inconsistencies in the way slabs are poured. This is where problems start "get it done and the next person can fix my mistake"
As was stated before FBR aren't targeting 100% of the market but if they are engaged by competent builders that ensure the slab meets the requirements for Haydren to build then the savings will be made.
Surely your buddy is having the same issues with his panel walls or is he adjusting to suit a poorly poured slab?
