It won't cost $2m to make - it will sell for $2m. There is margin on the sale of the machine and margin on the use of FBR bricks if the customer decides to go that way.
you say it will break after 1 million bricks - that is not even 3 years. this kind of plant typically would go for 5 - 10 years (with maintenance obviously - probably performed by FBR or CAT)
To be clear - are you trying to calc profitability for FBRs customers or FBR themselves.
