I'm hopeful too! Haha I think the $3-4mil for dividends is optimistic though in the next 20 years. Let's assume that they did pay a dividend in 2-3 years. It's 2020, the share price is 77c and the 6.5% dividend is ~5.0c/share. If that were to increase at a steady rate to ~15c/share over the next 20 years.. then it would be equivalent to a ~10c/share dividend from 2020 to 2040 (starting at 5c, reaching 15c at a steady rate) Which would mean I mere $2 million in dividends (not including compounding). Hardly worth bothering with The above prices/predictions are obviously hypothetical.
