Adent Some people have got blinkers on just like my trotters a while ago and can’t see what HX is all about . Take a look at this build , steel frames cut to size , put into jigs and welded , craned loaded onto trucks , truck drivers deliver to site , once on site off loaded by crane , set up scaffolding or scissor lifts , trades start to stand up sections and assemble , once sections are up trades start to insulate and sark exterior of frames , top hats are then fitted ,roof sheeting is fitted ,compressed sheeting pre drilled and cut to size ready to fit to top hats to exterior walls , electrical , plumbing , gyprock internal cladding , down time due to heat , rain , accidents , ect ect there’s another 100 items to concider and this particular build has so far taken 2 weeks to get to this stage including slab pour , tilt up slab procedure is simular process but a bit faster , HX Could get to this stage in 2/3 days , no waste , down time ect ect I’m sure we all get it except for a couple of DUDES . And this build is approx 200 m2?.
