Thats why Builders like me need to be given access to a Zoning and Building Code Website with all the engineering laws, building code and Zonings all in the one spot.

Like how Doctors have access to a central Linked network to type in their Diagnosis and print out the Treatment options. The Doctor is free to perscribe and do their Job instantly. The Doctor dosnt need to wait 6 weeks for approval before they can write a script for the patient.

Builders need to know what they can do (zoning and Building Codes) so they can Quote a Carport, win the Job, and start work next day without having to Jump through a million hoops just to build a Carport for a Client when there is only 3 grand worth of Income in it after costs.

As it is now , a Developer must buy the land, then put in a comprehensive application with it being a Coin flip weather they can do the project or not.

Builders/developers etc, need to have a central website with all the info on it, what they can do , what they cant and how that applies to each Zone area. Then if Builders used the 3D design software on that website the software could just scan it to see if it complies. If the plan Complies to all the Code laws, then could just click pay approval fee, then pay the fee and get the approval number inside of 5mins. All approved and paid for.

Print off the plans with the approval number code and start building next day.
