Brickies,Roof carpenters, gyprockers are not ! Why ? Shouldn’t any of these trades be licences before painters ? I’m sure if a bit of flaking paint peels off the ceiling it could kill someone !! LOL bloody backwards.Its like Pissing against the wind .
