    G'day Bdawg. As far as I know MBS is the one behind the fraud investigation and is also the prime mover for the mega city. I think this mega city will go ahead and is in a choice spot in the region. I was just cautioning that prior attempts at mega cities in KSA fell through. I think this time will be different since MBS is right behind it and he is the one with all the cards.
