If you want to speed up building. The greatest room for speed upgrades is in the time it takes to design and refine a plan and get the approvals to start building.

Saving a day on bricklaying is Pffth yeah whatever. But saving 2 MONTHS in planning. Or even saving 6 MONTHS in the approvals process is a BIG Fkn Deal.

Thats why I reckon this company is a Pilot telling builders how to Build. Much like the Pilot of an Airplane taking up the back seat of a 747 mid flight to bang the stuardess.

So the Pilot throws the Keys to an Apprentice Carpenter and says " Here you Land the Plane Mate"
