1mm accuracy ??? No worries, Builders can build to that but it comes down to cost and time.
If a house was built from Panels that were all CNC laser cut and flatpacked like a kitchen flatpack but house size panels etc.
Then the house could be done to perfect tolerance.
Houses arnt done to perfect size because they dont havto be. What is the need.
Size perfection is only relevant if everything is CNC cut to fit , and right now they arnt. SO right now there is no need .
