But if HX saves the builder 1000 bucks per house thats 100k saved. Wow 100 grand.

Thats not where the money is. In some cases getting a plan done faster or better just the plan Im talking about, cound net the Project 3 million extra gain. Thats on one project.

Laying bricks with HX is like making a stamp licking machine and saying it will change the world.

The BIG money is in getting the tick in the box of approval to do a development with 20 million profit in it.

Laying the bricks is like collecting nose snot and saying one day I will make a brick out of it.

The money to be made in Building is by designing something thats worth 50 million but only costs 20 million to get built.

If HX is used then mabe they make a million laying the bricks woohoo, but the Developer makes 30 million by the tick of a pen.

The Pen is mightier than the HX
