Ive worked on buildings in UK and Norway, I didnt see any amazing builder talent there. Far from it.

I by far exceeded peoples expectations for the work I did over there.

Your BS dosnt intimidate me Bud. Myer couldve been doing better, all came down to the last report. Flagship stores going great all other stores doing bad. Poor reporting and poor management.

I dont seek to work for clients mostly because they have NFI what they want and what they want to spend.

Id say your only looking at WA builders, Plenty of well built homes over this side of OZ.

FBR may rise based on hype BS believed by those that know SFA about building.

I dont see it as being viable.
