Not to mention 70% of the supervisors are ex brickie and roof Chippys , there’s one company here in Perth that’s going through a new supervisors every 9 months as they are loading each supervisor up with 35 houses each !! How can you supervise with quality ?they don’t care how many supervisors they burn out, as there is another 50 to replace them at the moment .One thing is for sure with HX we will get a perfectly square home built and a lot stronger at that ! These project builders at the moment are just sausage factory’s that build hundreds of house that are the same model , type A type B , type C ect , with our ageing population HX would be invaluable for building retirement villages . But yeah the build quality of these homes are a big let down as per my previous posts , this doesn’t apply to every builder but most especially in boom times .And the biggest problem is , not enough experienced supervisors and quality labour , that’s where HX has the upper hand . HX will do first build then everything else will fall into place within the next 3 to 4 years ,but we all need this now . IMO
