Agree big time !!! Very small % if people get what they pay for ! A Change is needed and robotics out doors is going to do it in every aspect of construction in next ten years . Education is outdated in schools to keep up with AI. 40%!of convential jobs will disappear in next 10 years and there will be a major vacume between Automation and employment ! Just hope goverments are starting to take this into consideration. This won’t worry us if HX pull this off and if we hold 2/3 years IMO .
