Go have a lokm thru any show homes if you know what your looking at they are full of problems
I've just found European tradesman trained in Europe are much better skilled than Aussie tradesman that's my opinion and experience
I've never had a dud job from.a European trained tradesman had dozens of bad jobs by Aussie trained builders over the years problem.after problem.
