it’s a real shame that this country is headed like that Troopsta.
Australia has such unpredictable weather , I’ve witnessed storms stronger than cyclones and snapped in half ( apparent cyclone proof) large outdoor umbrellas. Admittedly this happened in the Pilbara, but strong winds & big storms surges aren’t so unusual in Perth & along the whole entire east coast. These builds I’ve been seeing probably won’t last something like that. Some are even 2 story buildings and the debris will be scattered for miles.
unfortunately all of us suffer because of this , as insuring becomes more expensive.
