Looks like the builders have finished crawling over the build and it's ready for sale.
If their signing with a commercial builder for WAAS, I gather you don't need a demonstration home anymore and it's done it's job

FBR is pleased to announce that our first display home is currently for sale and will be open for inspection this Saturday 24th April 2021 - 1PM to 3PM. In partnership with Archistruct Builders and Designers, Hadrian X® laid the structural walls for the home back in July 2020.
