Being a debt laden society is irrelevant.
As is the way a house is purchased, own funds, relatives helping, mortgage etc, the capacity to buy doesn’t change the fact that there is supply and demand for what is available, reasons and or the avenue one goes down to secure a property doesn’t change it.
How do we know the FBR house was less labour intensive? How do we know how much the HX is to run? Care to give us the figures in comparison to a conventional build? That would be handy to make a case for an investment, thanks rbc808.
