There are 2 different types of tradies out there , the ones that are very good at their trade and these tradies are usually paid top dollars and work on niche homes $ 1 m + and then there’s the project tradies , paid very little but expected to produce niche quality work. Money talks , Bottom line money and training . As Mike said they have been through a few of these boom times over the years , let’s hope this one they can put their money or shall I say “our money” where their mouth is ! Will it be another missed opportunity? Imo I don’t think so , they just cannot afford not to walk the talk this time round .
