not to even mention all the other benefits like the correct volume ordering of blocks to the point of zero waste, no need for costly scaffolding, lower building indemnity insurance, better strength and thermal efficiency, better scheduling certainty, parallel manufacturing, etc. if levelling to 2mm is a problem fir dodgy builders then fbr would like partner with best of bread tradies that can meet their expectations.
with the cost of timber where it is at the moment, I wonder what the cost up would be on block vs timber construction when you factor in the savings of using the hx.
if only fbr would communicate more around exactly when the production machines will be built out and the plan for ramping up manufacturing. This is material and it speaks to when fbr will start earning revenue. I believe when these details are known investors will assign a lower risk remould to fbr and things should turn around...
