There is a standard and tolerance for everything, if a house is built within that as most are since they are independently inspected at different stages, then you can also (as most do) have your own inspections done, there isn’t anywhere to hide, social media/internet etc.

Harping on about safety is ironic here since W.A and QLD haven’t really caught on or enforced what everyone else has, you won’t be able to put on a roof without handrail or 2 plank, fascia/gutter the same, trouble is a brick/block wall isn’t horizontally structural so you’ll need scaffold instead at 4x the cost, then you’ll need it to either render or face brick.........
