Four serious buyers, was fun
First bid kicked off proceeding's at $300,000
Escalated quickly to $500,000.
Back and forth to $520,000 by initial two buyers, and then two new buyers jumped in after the first two met their limit.
The house was sold for $532,000. Most 4x2's in the Dayton area are in the the low mid $400's so fair value considering the quality, and the first build for FBR.
