It's not a bad idea. Thinking a bit bigger than just that though, imagine FBR collaborating with developers, builders, companies and government to build entire communities. Shopping centres, homes, schools, the whole lot. It's not a huge stretch, developers already design master planned communities, but think of how quickly FBA with HX could develop an entirely new community.
Unlikely to happen I guess, but its certainly possible.
