I just learnt about FBR, and I read this whole sub today to catch up on the history. The most important thing I learnt is that this sub is cancer. Goddamn y'all can argue.
Seriously though, in reference to the companies financial viability (as no-one can argue the machine isn't great). They spend about $10mil a year, a large chunk of which goes to salaries. Currently they own 2 trucks and are building 2 more. If they conduct their WAAS program at a profit of $30k per house with all 4 trucks building constantly and no down time they will only just break even. In my eyes this increases the chance off another split before the stock price takes off
Any builders more familiar with estimated profit per build please chime in as I just pulled the $30k outta think air. I have no clue what the standard margin is.
