Yes management is questionable at times , but my new found confidence is re affirmed by one of the biggest builders in Perth backing them “Dale Alcock” and I’m pretty sure Dale wouldn’t be on board if this was no going to be viable let alone put his name on a 882m2 commercial build irrespective of what some builders on here say , DYOR respect.
