As far as a CR is concerned, no problem. A consolidation of shares with a strong news release will provide more money than FBR will need. Many, many shareholders have millions of shares and they simply can't expect to end up with all of those shares. The CEO and CTO have been awarded a large amount shares simply because that is the only way they can stay in control of the company. I don't find them greedy at all.
